Q:
When will I receive my order?
A:
I try my very best to ship out orders within 3-5 business days, but please keep in mind that I am a small business and operated by only 1 person, so small delays may happen during Holiday seasons. If any products seem to be delayed for shipping, I will personally reach out and inform you. I ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail.
Q:
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! I ship everywhere! International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your Country’s restrictions, duties and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. Chasing Wild Arrows has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your Country’s Customs Office or other government agencies. Packages returned to Chasing Wild Arrows due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees.
Q:
Do you do custom work?

Yes! I LOVE custom work. If you would like an item to be personalized, please reach out to me via email so that we can discuss exactly what you are looking for. Mockups will be sent for approval before shipping. It is your responsibility to check emails for design approval in order to receive the product on time. Refunds are not allowed on Personalized items as they cannot be resold.
Q:
My tracking number shows delivered, but I did not receive the package. What do I do?
A:
Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door - sometimes things like that happen! There have even been several times when the package shows up on your doorstep or in your mailbox a day or two AFTER it's been marked as delivered. Please check with your local post office next. Oftentimes USPS can help you track down the package much quicker using their GPS coordinates + delivery routes. We are not able to track it down from our end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages. After you have contacted USPS and if they are still not able to track it down, please send me an email at chasingwildarrows@gmail.com with your order number.
