This listing is for a custom made mug. The listing has a choice of pre-made design or new design. Pre-made designs are designs that are already in your posession; all you have to do is send it to me and I will put it on your mug. New designs are designs that I will be creating. With new designs, you will communicate to me what you would like on your mug (sayings, colors, pictures/designs) and I will create it, send you a mockup for approval, and once approved, I will make and ship it to you.
